Processing equipment

Processing equipment is a complex of machines and devices involved in production process towards implementation of specific technology. This concept includes many types of various equipment. Classification of processing equipment depends on industry sector it is utilized in, as well as on performed functions. As our company specifically supplies equipment for power engineering, oil and gas production and recovery facilities, in “Processing Equipment” category we present various elements which are used in the production process.

  • The range of products comprises shell-and-tube heat exchangers, bolted and brazed plate heat exchangers as well as oil/air cooling units and electrical oil pre-heaters.

  • Standard and custom designs are available to meet the varied processing requirements of our customers.  Our mixers and blenders are used throughout the process industries and include food - adhesive & sealant - green technologies - battery - ceramic & metal - chemical - coating - cosmetic & personal care products - pharmaceutical - plastic manufacturing companies.

  • Fan heaters are a very good choice for quickly heating small to medium-sized rooms, such as workshops, garages, home offices, and warehouses. Fan Heaters can be used in greenhouses to distribute heat and provide good air movement keeping damp and airborne germs at bay.

  • We offer a comprehensive array of electric heater products, both industry standard and custom designs, to suit virtually any thermal processing equipment.

  • Separators are designed for liquid-based applications. Using centrifugal force, they are used for separating suspensions consisting of two or more phases of different densities, i.e. they can be used for liquid-liquid separation, for liquid-liquid-solid separation or for liquid-solid separation.

  • The Macerator is a grinding machine, capable of breaking down blocks and items. It is used to increase ore output and convert some blocks and items into more useful resources. The Macerator grinds one Tin Ore into two Crushed Tin Ore, each of which can be smelted into a Tin Ingot or further processed at an Ore Washing Plant. Cobble can be ground into sand, and gravel into flint.

  • For all processing equipment, major spare parts are available.
